MY FAVOURITE FOOD...

my favorite food is the Tom Yam and the food at the restaurant Anjung Keli.
in addition, i also liked the spicy and sour food, such as Som Tam, Kerabu Pelam , Sayur Keladi and others.


ingredients:
 100 gm chicken
100 gm prawns
100 gm cuttlefish
100 gm cauliflower
1 tomato ( cut into 4)
1 large onion ( sliced)
2 stalks lemon grass ( crushed)
8 seeds chilles ( crushed)
1 clove garlic ( crushed)
1 tablespoon paste Tom Yam
3 kaffir lime leaves (tear)
water & salt to taste.
2 lime ( juice taken)
How to make :
1- put all ingredients except lime juice and simmer until all ingredients are tender.
2- put lime and leek.
3- serve.
